PAYMENT
All payments are to be made through PAYPAL. This is to safeguard both you and us. Delivery will not be made under any circumstance on a COD basis or on a Pro-forma basis.
DESCRIPTION
Each item displayed on this website has a photograph of the actual item for sale. In most circumstances there are heights and sizes of each item. Please note the sizes and dimensions are guidelines and are not accurate to the last millimeter.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Our Courier (City Link) will ONLY deliver on the receipt of a signature. This shall be the proof of delivery. If you have NOT received your item(s) within a reasonable period of time, in the first instance call us to check with the Courier.
FUNCTION OR EVENT TIMING
Please do not leave ordering a cardboard cut-out from us until the 'last minute'. Unfortunately Murphy's law
does come into play when you least want or expect it. Allow at leat 10 working days before your event - just incase of any unforeseen eventualities.
CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE ORDERING
Please check the name description of the item AND the code are correct before hitting the submit button in PayPal. As an example, there are TWO types of Dalek Cardboard cut-outs, there are THREE images of Indiana Jones, and so on and so forth. If you order the wrong cut-out, and it is not a fault of ours, you will be charged a return fee of £19.43 and a re-stocking fee of £3.00. Any mistakes on our part will be rectifide at no charge.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be made on faulty goods. A request for a refund stating the reason for the refund must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item to My Celebrity Guest. See our contact page for our contact details. We will not refund the value of the item after your event/function.
RESPONSIBILITY
We try very hard to help and please people with their requests for ideas and suggestions. However, we are NOT privy to your venue's plans, fire exits, ceiling heights, room sizes, all your ideas, whom your guests are and so forth.
As a result, we can only make suggestions based upon past experience with other clients and their experiences. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any problems, failures, miscommunication and so forth for your event or function. The ultimate responsibilty for the suitability of orderng a particular item or items is yours - the client. We clearly state heights and sizes of our cardboard cutouts in order for you to know what to expect before you order or before they arrive. All our goods are sold in good faith.
