Postage and Packing

DELIVERY
Parcels will be delivered between 8 am and 5.30 pm on a next day service by City Link.

Please note: ALL post/courier charges on this website are based upon MAINLAND UK only.

For sending items to other than the mainland UK will incur an additional postage charge - charged at the prevailing rate. We are not in business to make money on the postage! You will be contacted with the additional price.

For ALL other places on our planet (other than those mentioned above and mainland UK) we will have to obtain a quote for the additional cost from City Link and/or DHL (for international deliveries).

The additional cost will be determined by the WEIGHT (two cardboard cutouts weigh more than one!) the SIZE of the cardboard cutout and of course WHERE you want it shipped to.

We will contact you after you have placed your order with the additional cost. If you do not wish to pay the extra cost, we will refund your money in full without question.

ORDERS RECEIVED
Orders received before 12:00 noon will be despatched same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon may be despatched the same day but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note at busy or certain times of the year, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. If there is a delay in packing and posting, we will endeavour to contact you and inform you of this.

SIGNATURE
A signature will be needed to complete the delivery. If the delivery address is closed, a card will be posted at the address and re-delivery will be made the following day automatically.

FAILED DELIVERY
If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to the City Link depot. It is the consignee's responsibility to collect the parcel within 3 days (ID must be taken eg. Driving licence, Utilities bill). 

If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to MyCelebrityGuest (PFC Direct Ltd).  At this point the order will be subject to the failed delivery charge.

FAILED DELIVERY CHARGE
There will be a failed Delivery charge of £19.43. You will be invoiced if there is a failed delivery and the Courier return your ordered item(s). Please note: This is out of our control. By placing an order with MyCelebrityGuest you agree to pay this charge. PLEASE do not order any items if you suspect there will be no one at the address to sign for delivery. We are charged £19.43 for each failed delivery. All we do is pass on the fee.  

TIMED DELIVERIES
Please note the courier can not offer timed deliveries. Delvery times are between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Any change in delivery address must be made before despatch. Once despatch has taken place, again it is out of our hands and cannot be changed.

Any change in delivery address made after despatch will be subject to an extra charge assuming we are able to make the change. This charge is levied on us by the Courier company - and is not a way for us to make extra money!

Additional deliveries (above the two attempts) will be subject to an extra charge. Again, this is levied by the Courier company and all we do is pass it on.
